Support the "Catching Up to 1968 Act" to Raise the Minimum Wage

Take Action to Raise the Minimum Wage: Support the "Catching Up with 1968 Act"
For years, the real value of the minimum wage has been chipped away by inflation. In real (inflation-adjusted dollars), the current wage of $7.25 per hour is over 30% lower than it was in 1968
That's why Congressman Alan Grayson has proposed the "Catching Up with 1968 Act."  This legislation would reverse this decline by raising the minimum wage to $10.50.
It's the right thing to do and it's the smart thing to do for our economy -- which is why over 100 economists have already endorsed it.
Send a message to Congress, show your support for the Catching Up with 1968 Act, and help make this long overdue step happen.
